Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Accurately and safely prepare and administer oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical medications prescribed by the physician
• Verify resident identity before administering medication or treatment
• Perform triple checks for correct resident, drug, dosage, form, route, time, and frequency
• Ensure all administered medications are properly labeled

Requirements

• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare experience
