PCA Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Develop and implement test plans for new and existing designs to debug defective hardware and electronic units.
• Create validation plans for tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, EMI, safety, reliability, and thermal generation.
• Lead project teams of electrical hardware engineers and development partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide design status updates and resolve technical issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members to promote innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in electrical design or a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB and FPGA.
• Strong knowledge of hardware architecture and schematic capture skills.
• Experience with debugging hardware, electronic units, and sub-assemblies.
