P&C Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to define requirements for People & Culture (P&C) enhancement requests through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Identify and document business processes by creating detailed process maps that illustrate the relationship between operating models and technology platforms.
• Develop key project artifacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, and regional playbooks.
• Collaborate with global P&C Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and enablement teams to align on project scope and sequencing.
• Partner with systems analysts to develop test scenarios, review test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support change management efforts by collaborating on the creation of training materials and communication plans for end-users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in core human resources functions.
• Experience developing business requirements and mapping complex processes using software such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of the HRIS landscape and service platforms (e.g., Workday, Avature, Dayforce, Docebo, or ServiceNow).
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
