PC Packaging Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging development for Personal Care innovations, renovations, and productivity projects across the LATAM region.
• Drive packaging actions to deliver innovation portfolios, margin improvements, and simplification projects.
• Coordinate and support factory tests, including pack trials, stability, compatibility, and full product distribution tests (e.g., Transit and Drop tests).
• Manage primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging specifications, including artwork approval and pallet patterns.
• Translate brand briefs into executable technical packaging solutions from concept to launch.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and QA, as well as external packaging suppliers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mass consumer goods manufacturing (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, or related roles).
• Proven experience in packaging development within the FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sectors.
• Hands-on experience with both rigid and flexible packaging technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of packaging materials and processes.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compatibility testing and supplier management in a multi-market environment.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital R&D tools and systems for data management and specification creation.
• Ability to navigate new technologies and contribute to the digitalization of packaging workflows.
