Responsibilities

• Manage the physical and systematic control of hardware within the manufacturing cell
• Process material transactions in the SAP system, including releasing, issuing, transferring, and receiving hardware
• Distribute materials to production and assembly areas to ensure correct part quantities
• Identify and communicate shortages or discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Label parts correctly to ensure quick identification by receiving parties
• Trace and track parts through various manufacturing cells and production stages
• Perform miscellaneous material transactions such as location changes, scrap, and cycle count adjustments
• Operate hand trucks for delivery or picking of parts and supplies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in materials or stocking
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Experience operating a hi-lo
