About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing P&C Consulting team, fostering an inclusive and accountable culture.
- Manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including performance, misconduct, and investigations.
- Oversee operational safety, wellbeing, and workers’ compensation to build a proactive safety culture.
- Partner with leaders and P&C stakeholders to deliver practical, people-first solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes, using data and insights to uplift service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams and building capability within a high-performing environment.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and managing complex workplace matters with sound judgement.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation, WHS, and workers’ compensation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide leaders through sensitive matters.
- A data-led and solutions-focused approach to improving processes and outcomes.
