P&C Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert HR advice and coaching to support leaders and resolve complex workplace matters
• Lead People and Culture initiatives, including change management and capability development programs
• Partner with business areas to provide strategic P&C advice to UWA leaders
• Support the implementation of university-wide P&C programs and projects
• Collaborate with functional teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency
• Extensive experience as an HR practitioner within a large or complex organisation
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end employee case management, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Excellent planning, organisational, and priority-setting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experience with HR/payroll management systems
