P&C Advisor

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to ensure compliance with HR policies and drive people development solutions.
• Support managers with staff performance appraisals and ongoing performance management issues.
• Maintain and regularly update individual employee files in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with career development, transfers, and promotions in coordination with leadership teams.
• Facilitate management development and training activities in partnership with the L&D department.
• Drive employee relations initiatives, including reward and recognition programs.
• Foster positive relationships with Unions and manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
• Monitor internal documentation and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Review disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
• Complete HR metrics and provide benchmarks to drive strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources environment.
• Proven experience in Industrial Relations (IR).
• Strong administration and record-keeping experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a metro-based office environment in Sydney.
