About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement project phases and workflows for various legal and non-legal initiatives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with strategic stakeholders and partners
  • Review and assess requirements to ensure project timelines are met
  • Direct small groups in limited areas, including responsibility for scheduling and workflow
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of established programs
  • Ensure all completed work meets expected professional standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum five years of experience in access to justice programming or working within the legal profession
  • Experience researching, developing, and maintaining multi-faceted legal projects
  • Knowledge of Ontario family law principles and practice
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs and materials
  • Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual professional events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Law degree (LLB or JD)
  • Fluency in French
