Payroll & Workforce Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Quinyx timesheet and scheduling data against actuals ahead of each pay run
• Own variable-hours data preparation including overtime, shift uplifts, premiums, and adjustments
• Set up and maintain Quinyx shift patterns, pay rules, and employee records
• Resolve payroll queries from frontline staff and managers directly
• Identify and propose process improvements to hours tracking or payroll data visibility

Requirements

• Hands-on UK payroll experience including variable hours and overtime
• Experience with ADP or a comparable payroll platform
• Strong data reconciliation skills and proficiency with spreadsheets
• Working knowledge of UK pay rules and Working Time Regulations
• Clear and direct communication skills for resolving staff queries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quinyx
• Experience managing shift-based, healthcare, or clinical workforces
