Payroll Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client deadlines
• Provide daily functional support to teams to ensure successful payroll delivery
• Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure the team is upskilled on upcoming changes
• Support managers with client engagement and the resolution of client escalations
• Provide guidance for all implementations and go-lives
• Maintain Client Solution workbooks and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs)
• Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching
• Work with Transformation and Product teams to implement automation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience administering Singapore Payroll in an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment
• BA/BS in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expert knowledge of Singapore payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation
• Strong knowledge of tax filing, compliance, and third-party interfaces
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Relevant payroll certifications
