Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly payroll for multiple entities, managing fixed and variable components including basic salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data within HRIS/ERP systems to ensure data integrity
• Calculate and process End-of-Service (EOS) benefits, final settlements, and leave encashments
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, WPS regulations, and GRS obligations
• Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analysis for HR management review
• Coordinate with HR teams on new joiners, leavers, transfers, and contract amendments
• Provide guidance to junior payroll staff and resolve employee payroll queries professionally
• Contribute to the development and refinement of payroll processes and system optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of professional payroll experience in large hospitality establishments or 5-star hotels
• Proven experience working in Qatar with comprehensive knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and WPS regulations
• Demonstrated proficiency with Oasys HRIS and experience with ERP platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in payroll administration or human resources (e.g., CIPD, APA)
• Experience with end-of-service benefit calculations in Middle Eastern jurisdictions
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring junior payroll staff
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and system optimization
• Arabic language skills
