Payroll & Stock Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for U.S. employees
• Maintain and update employee records including new hires, terminations, and salary changes
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Support garnishment, tax withholding, and benefit deduction processing
• Assist with payroll tax filings and year-end W-2 preparation
• Support the administration of equity plans including RSUs and ESPP
• Process equity grants, vesting schedules, and releases in the equity platform
• Maintain accurate equity records and coordinate with external brokers and legal teams
• Support employees with questions regarding equity awards and tax implications

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or equity administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rippling or Workday
• Experience with Solium Shareworks (Morgan Stanley)
• Exposure to equity compensation concepts (RSUs, stock options, ESPP)
• Experience in a public company or SOX-compliant environment
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
