Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate, effective, and timely processing of payroll for the AMER and LATAM regions
• Prepare, review, and analyze payroll inputs to ensure submission to third-party providers meets established deadlines
• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax laws and stay current with regional regulatory changes
• Maintain all documentation within historical payroll files and ensure payrolls balance to inputs
• Produce payroll outputs including journals, GL files, and ad-hoc reporting
• Partner with the Payroll Lead to recommend process improvements and optimize team efficiencies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience specifically within the AMER or LATAM regions
• Proficiency in using payroll software and high tech literacy (Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and charts)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and experience in auditing payroll aspects
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
