About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect data (attendance, sickness, leaves, etc.) for monthly payroll processing
- Enter data into public authority platforms (ERGANIs, EFKA, etc.) and company software regarding hires, terminations, and changes
- Collect documentation for new hires, prepare files, and assist in resolving daily personnel issues
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Science, or related field)
- 4 years of experience in a payroll department, specifically within technical companies
- Knowledge of basic financial principles
- Understanding of insurance and labor legislation
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel) and IT systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SCAN HRMS & SAP
