About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in Australia
  • Coordinate with international HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage payroll inputs including timekeeping, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting
  • Liaise with third-party payroll providers for international locations
  • Prepare, review, and validate payroll reports before disbursement
  • Support employees and global clients with payroll-related inquiries
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits and reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure data privacy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-country or global exposure
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations in the Philippines
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, Oracle)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data reconciliation
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality
  • Knowledge of global payroll practices and tax laws in regions such as APAC, EMEA, or Americas is an advantage
