Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve US payroll and benefits programs to support company growth
• Partner with stock, tax, and benefits teams to ensure seamless business operations
• Implement new procedures and manage payroll-related projects
• Simplify complex payroll and benefits topics for clear communication across the organization
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll management
• Proven experience managing projects and implementing new procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursement provided)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
• Experience using UKG Pro
