Payroll Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor monthly payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely processing for a large population.
• Manage payroll workflows, including bonuses and international assignee payroll inputs.
• Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and summaries of earnings, taxes, and social insurance.
• Ensure statutory compliance by managing timely remittances and monthly/annual filings.
• Coordinate year-end adjustments and final tax computations with external vendors.
• Handle statutory, internal, and risk audits in adherence to company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for second-tier query resolution for employees and line managers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee payroll and benefits information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR generalist and payroll functions.
• Strong understanding of insurance and taxation schemes.
• Proven experience working within a multi-national organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within large teams and influence leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Singapore payroll.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
