Responsibilities
- Execute a project focused on reviewing and improving payroll process controls
- Analyze current processes to drive standardization and continuous improvement
- Design control dashboards to facilitate process monitoring and tracking
- Provide analytical insights to enhance reporting and compensation workflows
Requirements
- Student of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Completed at least 50% of the degree program
- At least 1.5 years of study remaining
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing tools
- Experience or knowledge in Power BI and Power Automate
- Availability for part-time work at the San Nicolás plant
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic notions or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications
