Payroll Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform information analysis and mapping to support product development
• Develop solutions that ensure the delivery of timely and reliable payroll information
• Propose improvements to current information delivery processes
• Manage relevant data and security protocols for information implementation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications regarding new developments
• Update and track presentations for macro cells regarding payroll product strategies
• Support training sessions and facilitate the understanding of new implementations
• Execute testing for new implementations and current processes/systems

Requirements

• Professional degree (graduated or student status)
• 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in Product, Payroll Processes, Tech Projects, or Customer Service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong information analysis skills
