Payroll & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event and manage staffing levels.
• Monitor and manage payroll, including accurately submitting hours worked for timely processing.
• Screen, interview, and determine candidate fit for available roles.
• Manage the onboarding process, maintaining communication with new hires to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with venue leadership and marketers to create campaigns for job opportunities.
• Oversee venue credentials, business card ordering, invoices, and gear fulfillment.
• Maintain proper record-keeping for incident reports, inspections, and workers' compensation claims.
• Assist with various administrative tasks including shipping and tracking as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to sit, type, walk, and occasionally lift 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday.
