About the role
Responsibilities
- Input manual changes into UK and global payroll monthly ensuring statutory and legal compliance
- Own end-to-end UK payroll processes for approximately 600+ employees
- Perform all associated pension payment processes impacting monthly payroll
- Validate accuracy of monthly data input from HR and manage overtime submissions via ADP
- Manage payroll and pension queries via the dedicated inbox and ADP liaison
- Liaise with external consultants to deliver Shadow Payroll for international assignees
- Manage employee benefits input and childcare voucher reporting
- Ensure adherence to GDPR and information security requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in a fully managed payroll environment
- Solid knowledge of UK payroll related legislation
- Experience managing high-volume, busy payrolls
- Ability to handle confidential information with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize under pressure
- Experience with EMEA payrolls is a plus
