Payroll Officer

Responsibilities

• Process allocated portions of the monthly salaried payroll for Linfox Group's Australian entities
• Manage new starter setups, terminations, and leave form processing
• Maintain accurate payroll records, processing checklists, and process documentation
• Reconcile leave entitlements including long service, annual, and sick leave
• Calculate and process off-cycle payments as required
• Prepare and distribute monthly payroll costing reports and assist with management reporting

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a payroll environment
• Hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong working knowledge of Agreements, PAYG, and Superannuation legislation
• Accounting qualification or currently studying towards one
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
