About the role

Responsibilities

  • Input manual changes into payroll monthly for North American geographies ensuring statutory compliance
  • Prepare for internal and external payroll audits
  • Provide payroll and benefits reports to the Finance and HR teams
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll policies and procedures
  • Optimize the use of ADP to support payroll and finance workflows
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 600+ employees
  • Perform all associated pension payment processes
  • Process ad-hoc and off-cycle payments
  • Manage all payroll and pension queries via the dedicated inbox and ADP e-Service Portal

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience leading a payroll team
  • Expertise in ADP Celargo
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and taxation
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across an organization
