Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of payroll operations across the Belgium, Netherlands and France regions
• Lead payroll readiness and operational acceptance for a major payroll transformation
• Manage payroll implementation activities including testing, parallel runs, and reconciliations
• Improve payroll governance by creating controls, runbooks, and compliance processes
• Build and develop a future regional payroll team within the international Finance function

Requirements

• Proven payroll management experience across the BeNeFra region (Belgium, Netherlands, France)
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working with global providers or large-scale payroll platforms
• Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, and reconciliations
• Experience managing payroll change projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
