Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across the Mediterranean and Central Eastern Europe (Med/CEE) regions
• Take ownership of payroll readiness and operational acceptance for a major payroll transformation
• Partner with Finance, People & Organisation (P&O), external providers, and project teams
• Drive continuous improvement by creating controls, governance frameworks, runbooks, and escalation processes
• Build, develop, and lead the future regional payroll team

Requirements

• Proven payroll management experience across Spain
• Experience in Med/CEE regions is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting
• Experience working with global providers or large-scale payroll platforms
• Implementation experience is highly desirable
• Experience supporting payroll testing, UAT activities, parallel runs, and reconciliations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
