Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Calculate and verify salaries, deductions, taxes, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor and tax obligations.
• Manage and ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security laws in all payroll processes to prevent legal sanctions.
• Administer and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, ensuring timely and confidential service.
• Manage, control, and provide support to local users for attendance control platforms to ensure efficient operation.
• Supervise the validation and monitoring of variable compensation processes to ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Ensure the necessary information and execution of special payments for collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting.
• 3 years of experience in payroll management.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software and S.U.A. systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Cost Accounting and Labor Legislation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Social Security regulations.
• Basic knowledge of WorkForce.
