Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 600+ employees including full-time, part-time, and temporary staff
• Ensure full compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation
• Manage social security obligations and monitor legislative changes
• Handle APD submissions to EFKA and ERGANI filings
• Prepare payment files for banks and reconcile with accounting departments
• Oversee continuous hiring/termination processes in a high-volume environment
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to improve payroll system automation

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a company or accounting firm managing 300+ employees
• Experience in mass hiring/high-volume environments
• Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools
• Knowledge of EpsilonNet PYLON HRM – Payroll is preferred
• Strong team and priority management skills
