Responsibilities
- Control, reconcile, and validate payroll data
- Prepare reports and statistics for internal and external audits
- Participate in and guide projects to improve payroll processes and HR systems
- Oversee compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation
- Support monthly payroll audits
- Manage complex cases and support audits
- Manage labor relations and employee benefits
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 10–12 years of proven experience in payroll and benefits, preferably in large organizations
- Excellent knowledge of labor, social security, and tax laws
- Experience with payroll systems such as SoftOne, Epsilon Net, or Entersoft
- Advanced MS Excel skills and data analysis capability
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
