About the role
Responsibilities
- Document current-state ("as-is") payroll input processes across various business units
- Identify and categorize all payroll input types, including hires, terminations, and bonuses
- Map stakeholders involved in the creation, validation, and approval of payroll data
- Define standardized payroll input categories, naming conventions, and mandatory validation rules
- Support requirements gathering for workflows, approvals, and tracking systems
- Create clear process documentation and detailed flow diagrams
- Participate in the testing of the new centralized payroll input process
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work with structured data, forms, and reports
- Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in HR operations, payroll, or digital transformation
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques such as flowcharts
- Exposure to workflow, ticketing, or dashboard tools
- Proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
