Payroll Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing functional lead for project kick-offs and requirements discussions
• Capture payroll configuration information to finalize Strada Pay workbooks
• Work closely with the Product team to complete the configuration of the payroll solution
• Validate payroll solutions and integrations through project testing cycles and UAT
• Perform data validations and coordinate defect resolution with relevant teams
• Support data mapping, parallel testing, and integration issue resolution
• Oversee knowledge transfer to Delivery and Operational Payroll teams to ensure smooth maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in a functional consulting or analytical capacity within payroll outsourcing or software
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll, tax, and compliance legislation
• Proven experience managing the payroll implementation project lifecycle
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to articulate, document, and propose creative solutions to client requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
