About the role
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding processes, including the review and validation of hiring documentation
- Assist with employee data entry and maintenance in payroll systems such as ADP
- Support time and attendance control for interns and apprentices
- Provide administrative support and respond to employee inquiries
- Assist with occupational health processes, such as scheduling medical exams
- Organize documentation related to HR administrative and labor processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related course
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Availability to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) in a hybrid model
- Advanced English and fluent Portuguese skills
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming skills
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience applying them to automate business processes
