The Misleh Family Skyline Chili Franchise Group is a privately held, third-generation family business founded in 1962. They own and operate multiple Skyline Chili restaurants across Greater Cincinnati and Columbus, with a culture grounded in respect and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly payroll through ADP Workforce
• Serve as a trusted payroll resource for employees, managers, and leadership
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, process improvements, and system accuracy
• Support payroll-related deductions, including benefits and 401(k) contributions
• Manage employee lifecycle updates including new hires, rehires, and terminations
• Partner with General Managers to monitor the new hire onboarding process
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and PTO tracking
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations including FMLA, COBRA, and OSHA
• Coordinate employment verifications, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
• Support benefits administration and annual open enrollment

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on restaurant industry payroll experience
• Strong working knowledge of ADP
• Experience managing full-cycle payroll including bonuses and deductions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Paradox platform
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations or transitions
