Payroll Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary structures, CTC breakups, LOP, arrears, and incentives
• Process Full & Final (FNF) settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and the Shops & Establishments Act
• Manage payroll software (e.g., Keka) and validate HRMS data accuracy
• Prepare MIS reports and payroll dashboards using advanced Excel functions
• Resolve employee payroll queries regarding salary breakups and deductions
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and salary data

Requirements

• Experience handling payroll for 500+ employees
• Strong understanding of salary structures and statutory compliance
• Expertise in statutory deductions and labour law fundamentals
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, COUNTIFS)
• Experience with payroll systems and HRMS platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Payroll or Labour Law
• Experience with payroll audits
