About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the integral payroll process, including calculation and review of payroll, arrears, and corrective payroll
- Process benefits and disabilities with official organizations, managing medical leaves, leaves of absence, and permits
- Control and manage absences via the company intranet
- Manage the flexible compensation system
- Calculate Social Security, IRPF taxes, and IRPF withholding
- Prepare settlements and indemnities
- Manage social security contributions and insurance
- Act as an interlocutor with official organizations for labor procedures
- Advise store managers on labor matters
- Participate in internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources
- Advanced Excel skills
- B2 English level
- Minimum 3 years of experience
