Payroll Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams and managers with client engagement to ensure accurate and timely information delivery
• Provide functional and technical support for payroll implementations, go-lives, and daily payroll delivery
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook and update Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and process documentation
• Resolve escalated technical and functional issues and log system defects for investigation
• Manage the legislation roadmap to ensure teams are upskilled on upcoming regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Transformation and Product teams to implement automation and continuous improvement programs
• Support year-end processes and assist management with client escalations
• Upskill and develop team members through coaching and training delivery

Requirements

• BA/BS in a business-related field (Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience)
• 3-4 years of relevant payroll administration experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or a corporate environment
• Expert knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation
• Strong understanding of payroll inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Relevant payroll certifications
