Payroll Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently process end-to-end payroll to ensure delivery according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs
• Perform data management and customer service activities as required
• Support statutory and year-end reporting processes
• Advise on client queries using payroll expertise and knowledge of country-specific legislation
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales to a high standard
• Support system maintenance testing and conduct root cause analysis for process improvements
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure processes are up to date
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with appropriate care and discretion
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll or benefits administration within an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR and payroll data
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
