Payroll Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for French clients
• Provide functional and technical expertise support, including guidance for implementations and go-lives
• Maintain Client Solution workbooks and update Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and process documentation
• Resolve technical and functional issues escalated from the team and log defects for investigation
• Manage the legislation roadmap to ensure teams are upskilled on upcoming changes
• Support year-end processes and assist management with client escalations
• Collaborate with management to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs

Requirements

• BA/BS in a business-related field (Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent)
• 3-4 years of relevant payroll administration experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or a corporate environment
• Expert knowledge of French payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in French
• Proficiency in English
• Strong expertise in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Relevant payroll certifications
