Payroll Delivery Specialist France

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes for Ericsson's offices in France, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company instructions
• Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly pay, vacation balances, prorated pay, retro pay, and shift differentials
• Handle pension, insurances, and flexible benefits plan computations
• Complete year-end tax and accounting processes and amendments
• Execute payroll policies and provide functional expertise in HR/Payroll delivery
• Support data management tasks including input collation, validation, and SOX compliance
• Manage post-payroll reporting, submissions, and process automations
• Support global projects, payroll transitions, and employer taxation tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of French labor laws, relations, and legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and other Microsoft Applications
• Strong analytical skills and financial acuity
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
