Payroll Delivery Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Independently process end-to-end payroll to ensure delivery according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs
• Perform data management and customer service activities to support payroll accuracy and timeliness
• Support statutory and year-end reporting requirements
• Advise clients on queries and issues using payroll expertise and knowledge of country-specific legislation
• Respond to tickets and calls within established SLA timescales
• Support system maintenance testing and report system defects or issues
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support the training of Apprentices and Associates
• Maintain documentation and ensure SOC controls are completed with necessary evidence
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with appropriate care and discretion

Requirements

• BA/BS in a business-related field (Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent)
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in French and working knowledge of English
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll or benefits administration within an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Experience working directly with HR and payroll data
