Payroll Consultant Spanish Market

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll implementations and adoption for Spanish clients using Factorial’s SaaS solutions.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Spanish payroll processes, collective agreements, and local compliance.
• Deliver consultative enablement, including training client teams on time management, employee data, and contract types.
• Identify complex payroll scenarios, edge cases, and potential risks to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product teams to share insights on Spanish payroll rules and customer pain points to improve features.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients to ensure audit readiness and adherence to Spanish labor law.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Spanish payroll processes and local compliance.
• Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
• Experience implementing SaaS/ERP tools or working in a professional consulting environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical product configurations.
• Proactive, structured approach with a high degree of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific Spanish payroll software tools.
• Background in HRIS, payroll administration, or process automation.
• Experience building or delivering scalable service packages.
• Knowledge of Catalan.
