Payroll Consultant French Market

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll implementations for French clients, guiding them through adoption and product usage.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on French payroll requirements, including DSN obligations and conventions collectives.
• Deliver consultative enablement by configuring time management, employee data, and compliance workflows.
• Train client teams on best practices and help them automate and scale their payroll processes.
• Collaborate with Product teams to share insights on French payroll rules and participate in feature validation.
• Identify complex payroll scenarios and propose effective solutions or workarounds.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of French payroll processes, conventions collectives, DSN, and local compliance.
• Expert-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
• Experience implementing SaaS, ERP, or HRIS tools, or working in a professional consulting environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical product configurations.
• Proactive and structured approach to managing complex implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with French payroll software such as Sage, Silae, or ADP.
• Background in HRIS, payroll digitalization, or process automation.
• Experience building or delivering scalable service packages.
