Payroll Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Payroll Office
• Assist with payroll data entry and routine payroll processing activities
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll under the supervision of the Associate Director of Payroll Operations
• Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous clerical or administrative experience
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in accounting, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in payroll or accounting
• Experience with payroll or HRIS systems, specifically Paycom
