Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational payroll and benefits services with high accuracy and in a timely manner according to defined procedures.
• Provide prompt and effective solutions to stakeholders regarding payroll and HR administration.
• Process confidential data and maintain updated operational databases and procedures.
• Propose and lead initiatives for process and performance improvements.
• Implement and follow up on Group and local rules, policies, and procedures.
• Manage multiple topics simultaneously, prioritizing urgent requests and escalating unresolved problems.
• Act as a consultant to business leaders and HR colleagues on payroll processes and policies.
• Provide translations and deliver training on HR tools and processes as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional payroll experience with solid knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high operational standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP.
