Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational payroll and benefits services with high accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt and effective solutions to stakeholders according to process documentation.
• Manage and process confidential data while maintaining updated operational databases.
• Implement and follow up on Group and local rules, policies, and procedures.
• Propose and lead initiatives for process and performance improvements.
• Act as a consultant to business leaders and HR colleagues on payroll processes and policies.
• Manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize urgent requests effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of payroll experience with solid knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to strong operational standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge using SAP.
