Payroll & Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end U.S. and Canada payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile payroll data, including timecards, garnishments, off-cycle payments, and year-end reporting.
• Partner with Accounting and Treasury to ensure accurate taxation, funding, and general ledger alignment.
• Administer employee benefit programs, coordinate annual open enrollment, and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee the company’s U.S. immigration portfolio, including H-1B, L-1 visas, green card processes, and I-9 compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and immigration inquiries for employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end payroll experience with exposure to benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, specifically navigating payroll processes and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for efficient data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Workday.
• Previous accounting experience or comfort partnering closely with finance teams.
• Direct experience managing immigration-related processes and cross-functional coordination.
