Payroll & Benefits Advisor

Responsibilities

• Validate payroll output to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Rectify payroll issues before final sign-off and ensure compliance with tax, social security, and BMW guidelines
• Manage the input of all Payroll and Benefits transactions into the monthly payroll cycle
• Administer and validate OFK Payroll and manage employee queries via nominated mailboxes
• Maintain and update the payroll system, including requesting and testing required changes
• Support various benefits topics including cafeteria, group insurance, relocation allowances, and employee referral programs
• Handle Time Management topics, including queries and testing of work schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using SAP HR
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
• Willingness to work on-site at the Debrecen plant during regular business hours
