Payroll Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of payroll activities according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs
• Advise on client queries and issues using payroll expertise and knowledge of country-specific legislation
• Perform accurate and timely data management tasks
• Respond to tickets and calls within established SLA timescales
• Follow and support the updating of Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs)
• Report system issues and defects correctly to Application Services
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with appropriate care
• Adhere to all company security standards and SOC controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate environment
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, global environment

• Experience working directly with HR and payroll data
