Payroll Associate

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll independently to ensure delivery according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs
• Support statutory and year-end reporting requirements
• Advise on client queries and issues using payroll expertise and knowledge of country-specific legislation
• Manage data management and customer service activities, ensuring tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales
• Support system maintenance testing and report system issues or defects correctly
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support the training of Apprentices and Associates
• Maintain documentation and ensure SOC controls are completed on time with necessary evidence
• Liaise and transact with third parties and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment
