Payroll Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients' employees receive monthly salaries accurately and on time according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs
• Process payroll tickets while meeting defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy levels
• Input data into systems, perform validations, and execute necessary calculations
• Manage statutory documentation and run payroll processes
• Respond to employee queries via email or telephone in a professional manner
• Prepare reports, perform reconciliations, and facilitate payments
• Identify and highlight risks, errors, or areas for process improvement to management
• Maintain high standards of data management and adhere to SOC controls and security standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounts, Payroll, or Audit
• Graduate degree or Diploma holder
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and time management skills to meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for interacting closely with Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) clients
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word and PowerPoint

• Prior knowledge of payroll processing and country-specific legislation
